This site does not suggest in any way how much you should charge your customers.  Your goal is to obtain the highest rates possible.  But it is always important to know how much it costs you to perform your services.

We do offer low priced items.  When you see SAVING YOU TIME AND MAKING YOUR JOB EASIER you will find spreadsheets or software files that saves you time and makes your job easier.  THESE ITEMS ARE NOT REQUIRED!!

Our costing method does not require any accounting software and no accounting or bookkeeping experience is needed.  It is critical to have a method of costing even if you choose not to do accounting.  But we strongly recommend doing a monthly accounting of your business. 

It doesn't matter if you are a start-up or if you've been in business for a while.  You need to have a costing method FIRST, which provides information for you and your staff to make informed decisions, and an accounting method SECOND, which provide you the results of those decisions.
