· Other Truck & Driver Expenses – these are all of the other expenses directly related to the operation of your Motor Vehicle not included in the previous Categories.
What type of expenses are examples of Other Truck & Driver Expense: Fixed Cost EXPENSE NOT INCLUDED Expenses such as Unloading (Lumper), Cross Docking, Claims and Factoring Fees are not included in your Cost Per Mile calculation. None of these expenses impact your cost to transport a shipment. 
· IRP, IFTA, Heavy Duty Tax, Advalorem, Parking
Movement Cost
· Tolls, Permits, Equipment Cleaning, Driver's Cell Phone, Load Securement Expenses (Chains, Binders, Straps, Load Locks, Tarps), Quarterly Fuel Taxes, etc.
All of the above Fixed Cost expenses except parking are normally paid once per year. We have created the Truckerscost Estimated Taxes, & Registration Calculator to include these cost on a monthly basis. Do not include the estimate in the month of actual payment.
